ANSYS Stress Analysis

We have dedicated ANSYS stress analysis engineers who can perform static analysis, transient dynamic analysis, modal analysis, spectral analysis, harmonic response analysis, and display structural dynamics for design purposes. During the design phase, we can validate and analyze structural reliability to achieve design improvements.

 

Plastic Injection Molding and Stamping Die Design

We maintain a mold design engineering team of approximately 5 to 10 members. Nearly every engineer possesses over 10 years of relevant work experience. They are proficient in engineering material properties, well-versed in mold manufacturing processes such as injection molding, stamping, and die casting, and skilled in utilizing CAD software including UG, Pro/E, Creo, and SolidWorks for mold-assisted design.

 

Mold Flow Analysis

Our professional engineers conduct runner analysis for mold design, proactively identifying potential risks in the mold design, implementing improvement plans, and issuing DFM reports for client confirmation!

 

Our Mechanical Engineering and Design Team

We maintain a mechanical design engineering team of over ten members. Nearly every engineer possesses more than ten years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in engineering material properties and proficiency in forming processes such as injection molding, stamping, and die casting. They are also skilled in utilizing CAD software including Pro/E, Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
