Our Mechanical engineering and Design Team
We have a mechanical design engineering team of more than 10 people. Almost every engineer has more than 10 relevant working experience. They are familiar with the performance of engineering materials, familiar with injection molding, stamping, die casting and other molding processes, and can skillfully use Pro / E, Creo, Solidwork, CAD and other software for auxiliary design.
Plastic Injection & Stamping Tooling Design
We have a mold design engineering team of about 5 ~ 10 people. Almost every engineer has more than 10 relevant working experience. They are familiar with the performance of engineering materials, familiar with injection molding, stamping, die casting and other molding processes, and can skillfully use UG, Pro / E, Creo, Solidwork, CAD and other software for mold auxiliary design.
Mold Flow Analysis
Our special engineers conduct mold flow analysis for mold design, predict the potential risks of mold design as soon as possible, make improvements, and issue DFM report to confirm with customers!
ANSYS stress analysis
We have special ANSYS stress analysis engineers, who can carry out static analysis, instantaneous dynamic analysis, modal analysis, spectral analysis, harmonic response analysis and display dynamics for structural design. In the design stage, we can verify and analyze the reliability of the structure and achieve the purpose of improving the design
Appearance design
Our professional appearance design engineers can carry out all aspects of appearance design from ergonomics, aesthetics, structural mechanics and dynamics. Some of our engineers ever won design medals in various industries!
